Job Summary
Owning all aspects of sales enablement, the full-time Senior Sales Enablement Manager will create training programs, develop sales content, and maintain competitive intelligence to support enterprise sellers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the sales content library, including pitch decks, competitive battle cards, and objection handling guides
- Develop and implement sales training and onboarding programs with defined performance benchmarks for enterprise sellers
- Establish and maintain a competitive intelligence program, including win/loss analysis and field intelligence routing
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related function in enterprise SaaS
- Proven experience as a content creator with examples of pitch decks, training programs, or competitive frameworks
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy and produce significant output with minimal direction
- Experience collaborating with pre-sales or sales engineering teams on deal support content and competitive positioning
- Track record of building and maintaining a competitive intelligence program, including battle cards and field intelligence
