Job Summary
Supporting Granicus's Global Revenue organization, the full-time Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager will assess, design, and lead enablement programs and strategic initiatives to enhance go-to-market readiness, customer health, and revenue growth in a remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Own the assessment, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of enablement programs that support go-to-market and customer success initiatives
- Lead cross-functional enablement programs aligning Sales and Customer Success across the customer lifecycle
- Drive enablement for key go-to-market motions, including the GXA strategy, ensuring field readiness and consistent execution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales enablement, customer success enablement, or program management
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional strategic programs
- Strong understanding of sales and customer success motions
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders across functions
