Job Summary

To enhance the performance of the Multi-Location Sales team, the full-time Senior Sales Enablement Specialist will design and deliver training programs, manage content strategy, and implement measurable outcomes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Set content strategy and governance for training materials and ensure they are current and accessible
  • Design and deliver blended learning experiences, including in-person and virtual training sessions
  • Implement measurement and ROI for training programs, defining KPIs and iterating based on feedback
Required qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in sales enablement, sales support, or digital media sales with measurable program ownership
  • Experience with AI tools and automation platforms to enhance sales team productivity
  • Proficiency in LMS/CMS platforms and data fluency with tools like Google Workspace and Salesforce
  • Strong background in curriculum development across various learning formats
  • Creative mindset with a focus on learner-first design for remote training environments
