Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar role in a B2B software environment
Strong understanding of customer service and experience tools, including CRMs and AI
Knowledge of webhooks, REST APIs, and common integration patterns
Experience with programming/scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript is preferred
Business expertise in customer experience trends and best practices
