Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to assist in pre-sales activities and demonstrate technical expertise in customer experience solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify customer pain points and desired outcomes
  • Build and present product demos showcasing AI tools and capabilities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to refine requirements and influence product roadmaps
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role in a B2B software or tech-enabled service environment
  • Proven track record in demonstrating and implementing complex technical solutions
  • Strong understanding of tools in the customer service and experience space, including CRMs and AI
  • Knowledge of webhooks, REST APIs, and common integration patterns
  • Experience with leading LLMs and their applications in the customer experience space
