Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer (Pre-Sales) to empower developers and ensure application performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become an expert on the company's products and the Monitoring space to address customer needs
  • Assist prospects with the technical evaluation and implementation of the company's solutions
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to improve technical documentation and processes
Required Qualifications
  • Strong technical skills in reading, writing, and debugging code (Javascript/Node.js preferred)
  • Relevant experience in a Solutions Engineering role, ideally within a dev-tools SaaS environment
  • Ability to utilize AI tools for customer-facing tasks, such as generating demo code
  • Self-motivated and autonomous in a remote work environment
  • Exceptional empathy and curiosity towards customer success
