Senior Sales Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to support the sales organization with technical expertise and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with RFPI/RFI, vendor assessments, and security questionnaires
• Conduct technical discovery calls and provide in-depth demonstrations of the platform
• Manage customer escalations and document technical inquiries for follow-up

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role
• Experience in e-commerce and technical environments with high-volume applications
• Understanding of API integrations and familiarity with platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Shopify
• Proficient in adapting to new software tools and environments
• Bachelor's degree required
