Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and resolve complex technical challenges independently while collaborating with managers and teams
• Serve as a subject matter expert in API data integrations and the product suite
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize impact on sales outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering or a comparable customer-facing technical role
• Hands-on coding ability in JavaScript and HTML/CSS
• Proven experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations
• Substantial customer-facing experience in technical consulting or similar roles
• Experience with B2B SaaS products supporting sales/service/customer experience workflows
