Key Responsibilities

• Lead and resolve complex technical challenges independently while collaborating with managers and teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering or customer-facing technical role
• Hands-on coding ability in JavaScript and HTML/CSS
• Proven experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations
• Experience building technical artifacts for enterprise sales cycles
• Substantial customer-facing experience, comfortable leading technical conversations with senior stakeholders
