Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Sales Engineer will collaborate with Sales on discovery calls, technical deep dives, and demos while acting as a trusted advisor to highlight the business value of Customer Service Automation solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead discovery calls and technical deep dives to identify customer pain points and opportunities
  • Deliver customized demos and presentations that illustrate exceptional customer experience
  • Craft creative responses to RFIs and RFPs to differentiate the company's offerings
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or sales architecture roles
  • 7+ years of consulting or customer engagement experience
  • 5+ years of contact center experience with familiarity in the CCaaS landscape
  • Strong JavaScript programming and scripting skills
  • Experience with conversational AI, chatbots, or low-code automation platforms
