Job Summary
Leading and scaling the Solution Engineering function, the full-time Senior Sales Engineer will serve as a technical partner to Sales, guiding customers through complex enterprise opportunities and ensuring operational fit for Clear Capital's products in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing Solution Engineering team while establishing best practices for technical sales execution
- Design solution approaches aligned to customer needs and oversee the development of customized product demonstrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into implementation plans and facilitate smooth transitions from Sales to onboarding
Required qualifications
- Proven experience leading or scaling Solution Engineering or technical pre-sales teams
- Strong background in technical sales, solution engineering, or customer-facing technical consulting within mortgage or real estate technology
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear business terms
- Demonstrated organizational and operational leadership skills
- Experience engaging with executive stakeholders and technical teams
