Job Summary
Focused on solving complex security challenges, the full-time Senior Sales Engineer will provide technical support for the sales team in the South Central TOLA Region, driving successful product evaluations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Support the technical pre-sales cycle through product demonstrations and managing proof-of-value engagements
- Conduct discovery meetings and research to architect technical solutions addressing customer security gaps
- Assist Sales Executives with technical documentation and RFP responses while collaborating with internal teams
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of professional experience in a Sales Engineering role within the software industry
- Comfortable presenting technical content to diverse audiences, including C-suite and technical teams
- Technical background in internet security principles, networking topology, TCP/IP protocols, firewalls, and routers
- Professional experience selling software solutions to Fortune 500 enterprises
