Job Summary

To support the expansion into Switzerland and Eastern European markets, the full-time remote Senior Sales Engineer will serve as a trusted technical advisor for complex enterprise deals, leading discovery calls, delivering customized product demonstrations, and representing the company through thought leadership at industry events.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with the sales team to execute complex, strategic enterprise deals across DACH and expansion markets
  • Lead technical deep dives with enterprise stakeholders to uncover business requirements
  • Create and deliver tailored product demonstrations that resonate with both technical and business audiences
Required qualifications
  • Extensive experience in presales, sales engineering, or solution consulting, particularly with complex enterprise deals
  • Strong background in enterprise software, especially in contact center or automation technologies
  • Hands-on experience with AI Agents, conversational AI, and generative AI technologies
  • Proficiency in JavaScript programming; knowledge of Java or Python is a plus
  • Fluency in German and English, with additional regional languages being advantageous
