Job Summary
To support the expansion into Switzerland and Eastern European markets, the full-time remote Senior Sales Engineer will serve as a trusted technical advisor for complex enterprise deals, leading discovery calls, delivering customized product demonstrations, and representing the company through thought leadership at industry events.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to execute complex, strategic enterprise deals across DACH and expansion markets
- Lead technical deep dives with enterprise stakeholders to uncover business requirements
- Create and deliver tailored product demonstrations that resonate with both technical and business audiences
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience in presales, sales engineering, or solution consulting, particularly with complex enterprise deals
- Strong background in enterprise software, especially in contact center or automation technologies
- Hands-on experience with AI Agents, conversational AI, and generative AI technologies
- Proficiency in JavaScript programming; knowledge of Java or Python is a plus
- Fluency in German and English, with additional regional languages being advantageous
