Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time remote Senior Sales Engineer will serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor, leading technical discovery, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring successful handoffs from sales to implementation.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer integration requirements and drive technical win rates
  • Influence the sales pipeline by guiding qualified opportunities through the technical evaluation phase in partnership with Account Executives
  • Gather and synthesize technical feedback from prospects to inform product and engineering teams, ensuring successful project delivery
Required qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years in a Sales Engineer or related role, with experience in solution engineering or pre-sales
  • 3+ years ERP experience, particularly in Order to Cash or Procure to Pay processes
  • 2+ years of systems integration experience with IPAAS platforms or specific API/Web services
  • Strong practical experience with EDI technologies and protocols preferred
