Senior Sales Engineer

Job Summary

As a Senior Sales Engineer working remotely in the APAC region, the candidate will serve as the product and technical subject matter expert, supporting the sales process and expanding the enterprise partner base through effective communication and technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the technical expert on the Alpaca platform, articulating its features to various stakeholders
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to provide technical advisory throughout the client lifecycle
• Lead technical sales engagements, including discovery calls, solution validation, and demo strategy execution

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing role such as Sales Engineering or Technical Consulting, preferably in API or SaaS environments
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in APIs, WebSockets, Postman, Grafana, and JSON
• Proficiency in English with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently with attention to detail
• Fluency in Korean
