Job Summary

Leading pre-sales engagement for AI solutions, the full-time remote Senior Sales Engineer will manage technical discovery sessions, design impactful demonstrations, and build sophisticated AI Agents while collaborating with sales and product teams to drive customer success.

Key responsibilities
  • Run complex technical discovery sessions with enterprise buyers to understand their contact center needs and operational goals
  • Design and deliver customized, value-driven demonstrations and Proofs of Value (POVs) to showcase the impact of AI solutions
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement of AI Agent solutions
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Pre-Sales role supporting AI, ML, or Contact Center technologies
  • Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI and foundational LLMs, including RAG and conversational design
  • Applied knowledge of modern integration stacks, including REST APIs and Webhooks
  • Strong familiarity with enterprise contact center workflows and leading CCaaS platforms
  • Demonstrated experience leading pitches and running discovery with C-suite and VP-level audiences
