Job Summary

Bridging the gap between technology and client needs, the full-time Senior Sales Engineer will deliver technical expertise and pre-sales advisory services, engaging with enterprise-level clients remotely to showcase platform functionalities and facilitate solution architecture design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to craft tailored AI governance solutions based on customer requirements
  • Conduct product showcases and presentations to illustrate the platform's functionalities and benefits
  • Architect integration strategies between AI governance software and existing customer technologies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions architect, or sales engineering role, preferably in enterprise software, cybersecurity, or AI governance
  • Strong familiarity with Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) technologies and firewall solutions
  • Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems, API integration, and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions
  • Exceptional presentation and customer-facing skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences
