Job Summary

Bridging the gap between technology and client needs, the full-time Senior Sales Engineer will deliver technical expertise, conduct product showcases, and design solution architectures while working remotely in Japan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and craft tailored AI governance solutions
  • Conduct compelling product showcases, proof-of-concepts, and presentations illustrating the platform's functionalities
  • Architect integration strategies between AI governance software and existing customer technologies, including SASE and firewall solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions architect, or sales engineering role
  • Strong familiarity with Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) and firewall technologies
  • Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems, API integration, and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions
  • Exceptional presentation and customer-facing skills, with the ability to engage technical and business audiences
