Job Summary

To support the Majors Account team, the full-time Senior Sales Engineer will oversee the technical sales process, run Proof of Value initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams while working remotely within the New York City Metro area.

Key responsibilities

Overseeing the technical sales process to address customer pain points
Running Proof of Value from start to finish as the technical and industry expert
Collaborating and supporting internal Zscaler teams to enhance customer solutions

Required qualifications

Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience with AI-driven solutions
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5 to 8+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Systems Integrator
Knowledge of network security technologies
