Senior Sales Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity initiative, the full-time Senior Sales Engineer will work remotely from the Pittsburgh or Cleveland area, providing technical expertise and collaborating with account executives to demonstrate the value of Arctic Wolf solutions to prospective customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical presentations, demos, and discussions to educate customers on the Arctic Wolf value proposition
• Engage in discovery conversations to understand customer needs and align them with Arctic Wolf solutions
• Document customer environments and demonstrate key differentiators in security technology

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in presales engineering or consulting focused on security solutions
• 5+ years of experience in supporting or designing enterprise IT systems, with a focus on security systems
• Extensive technical experience in Networking, Security, Identity Management, and Cloud Services
• Knowledge of security tools and strategies, including incident response and SIEM
• Ability to articulate the business application and value of technology to diverse audiences
