Senior Sales Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time remote Senior Sales Engineering Manager will manage sales engineers to collaborate with field Account Executives, refine sales processes, and deliver impactful product demonstrations to address complex cybersecurity needs.

Key responsibilities

• Hire and develop a sales engineering team to meet the demands of the South Enterprise segment
• Refine critical sales engineering processes, including discovery and proof-of-concept
• Provide strategic advice for RFPs by presenting tailored recommendations to clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of experience in sales engineering or systems engineering
• 5+ years of experience managing and leading a sales engineering team
• Demonstrated experience selling network security technologies within an enterprise environment
• Curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a history of integrating new technologies
