Key Responsibilities
  • Source/build and facilitate sales skills and methodology training for global revenue team members
  • Partner with Product Marketing to align product training and materials with the sales methodology
  • Evaluate and coach managers and revenue team members on the application of the sales methodology
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, RevOps, or a related role within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience implementing and sustaining sales methodology and skills programs on a global scale
  • Ability to adapt training delivery for different cultures, geographies, and role types
