Job Summary
Driving actionable outcomes for AI Business Solutions and Security areas, the full-time Senior Sales Excellence Manager will manage pipeline health, guide sales execution, and implement new sales strategies to support sustainable growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Support execution of predictable revenue and consumption growth by managing pipeline health and aligning with Microsoft sales methodologies
- Drive consistent sales excellence discipline and governance across various business segments
- Implement evolving Microsoft Sales strategies and processes to enhance sales performance and drive transformation
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, account management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform decisions
- 3+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, or customers
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred
- Experience in AI Business Solutions and/or Security solution areas is a plus
