Job Summary

Driving sales execution and pipeline health, the full-time Senior Sales Excellence Manager will partner with Cloud & AI Sales Leadership in the Americas to enhance business insights and accelerate growth in the Cloud & AI Platforms solution area.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage pipeline health and execution to achieve predictable revenue growth in Cloud and AI
  • Guide sales excellence discipline and implement evolving sales strategies and processes
  • Deliver data-driven insights and performance narratives to support informed decision-making
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, account management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes
  • 3+ years of experience managing stakeholder relationships
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Experience in project management and change management
