Job Summary

Driving sales execution rigor and pipeline health, the full-time Senior Sales Excellence Manager will partner with Cloud & AI Sales Leadership in the Americas to enhance business insights and accelerate growth in the Cloud and AI Platforms solution area.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage pipeline health and execution to ensure predictable revenue growth aligned with Microsoft sales methodologies
  • Guide sales excellence discipline and governance while implementing evolving sales strategies for sustainable growth
  • Deliver data-driven insights and performance narratives to enable informed decision-making for Cloud and AI leadership
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, account management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform decisions
  • 3+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders or clients
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 3+ years of project management experience, including planning and change management
