Job Summary
Owning the services pipeline target end-to-end, the full-time remote Senior Sales Execution Manager will lead complex partner engagements, coach Senior Sales Engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure technical presales quality and revenue accountability.
Key responsibilities
- Lead or shadow architect on complex partner and customer engagements, ensuring proper architecture and business case validation
- Accountable for the team's services pipeline, managing generation, qualification, and handoff with accurate weekly forecasts
- Coach and develop Senior Sales Engineers through deal reviews, ride-alongs, and direct technical leadership
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience in cloud architecture across AWS and/or Microsoft Azure
- Minimum of 5 years functional experience with at least 4 years in a position-specific role and 2 years of supervisory experience
- Proven success in a Senior Sales Engineer or equivalent senior technical role
- Experience in partner-led or channel-centric sales environments
- Executive communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical leads and C-level executives
