Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve new business revenue targets in the employer segment
- Partner with benefits consultants and HR leaders to influence purchasing decisions and conduct sales presentations
- Lead contract negotiations and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare or employee benefits
- Proven track record of selling to employers and HR decision-makers
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with the employer benefits landscape and corporate wellness trends
