Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and nurture potential FinTech and bank prospects, managing the full sales cycle
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales strategies and product capabilities

Required Qualifications:
  • 4 to 7 years of business development experience in selling financial technology to banks
  • Familiarity with the community and regional banking space
  • Practical knowledge of the FinTech and banking markets and tech stacks supporting them
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Results-oriented mindset with a bias toward action
