Job Summary
Driving new business across the New England region, the full-time Senior Sales Executive will lead complex, consultative sales efforts with employers and benefits brokers, focusing on expanding PHM's distribution channels and achieving sales targets in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Close new business by identifying high-quality opportunities and winning complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Collaborate with PHM leadership to define and execute targeted go-to-market strategies and territory plans
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline by nurturing long-term relationships and gathering market insights
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of successful experience in closing complex B2B sales within the employer benefits ecosystem
- Established relationships with employers, benefits brokers, consultants, or related partners
- Strong passion for full-cycle sales, including prospecting, consultative selling, and closing
- Proven ability to operate as a self-directed, high-accountability individual contributor
- Experience selling point solutions into the employer market is strongly preferred
