Job Summary

Driving new business across the New England region, the full-time Senior Sales Executive will lead complex, consultative sales efforts with employers and benefits brokers, focusing on expanding PHM's distribution channels and achieving sales targets in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Close new business by identifying high-quality opportunities and winning complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Collaborate with PHM leadership to define and execute targeted go-to-market strategies and territory plans
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline by nurturing long-term relationships and gathering market insights
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of successful experience in closing complex B2B sales within the employer benefits ecosystem
  • Established relationships with employers, benefits brokers, consultants, or related partners
  • Strong passion for full-cycle sales, including prospecting, consultative selling, and closing
  • Proven ability to operate as a self-directed, high-accountability individual contributor
  • Experience selling point solutions into the employer market is strongly preferred
