Job Summary
Owning the full sales cycle, the remote Senior Sales Executive will convert inbound leads into new customers and expand revenue with existing clients through consultative discovery, tailored solutions, and effective pipeline management.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads promptly and conduct structured discovery calls to understand client needs
- Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities with current customers while managing all active opportunities in Salesforce
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and participate in regular forecasting and pipeline reviews to ensure visibility into deal stages and risks
Required qualifications
- Associate degree or 2 years of related experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or health-tech
- Experience managing a full sales cycle, including discovery, demonstration, negotiation, and close
- Proficient in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, and MS Office applications
- Organized and capable of managing multiple active deals effectively
