Job Summary

Owning new-business generation in the US market, the full-time Senior Sales Executive will lead the outbound sales function, manage a small team of sales specialists, and oversee the full sales cycle from strategy development to closing high-value opportunities in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales specialists while ensuring consistent execution of the sales strategy
  • Develop and manage the Account-Based Marketing strategy for high-value target accounts, guiding personalized outreach campaigns
  • Personally lead strategic sales opportunities through discovery, negotiation, and closing, while coordinating presales activities with internal teams
Required qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account executive roles
  • Proven experience generating pipeline and closing new business, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Experience selling technology, software, IT services, or complex B2B solutions
  • Familiarity with the US market and effective communication with US-based decision-makers
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot and sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
