Job Summary

Driven and consultative, the fully remote Senior Sales Executive, P&C will build and manage a pipeline for a new predictive analytics solution in workers' compensation claims management, leading the full sales cycle and exceeding annual sales targets.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and own a pipeline through direct prospecting and industry relationships across carriers, TPAs, brokers, MGAs, and self-insured employers
  • Lead the full sales cycle from discovery through close, including demos, objection handling, proposals, and statements of work
  • Partner closely with product and customer success to provide market feedback and support strong client implementations
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of SaaS or technology sales experience, particularly in the workers' compensation or P&C insurance market
  • Direct experience selling to carriers, TPAs, brokers, MGAs, and/or self-insured employers
  • Experience selling a new or emerging concept, with a proven ability to build a case from scratch
  • A track record of building a book of business independently
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to demonstrate ROI effectively
