Job Summary
Driving strategic new business growth within the pest control industry, the full-time Senior Sales Executive will manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with executive decision makers, and leverage AI-powered marketing solutions to accelerate client growth in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing, ensuring a tailored approach for each opportunity
- Develop a high-value pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and leveraging industry relationships
- Build trusted relationships with executive leaders to recommend strategies that maximize revenue growth and marketing performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years of full cycle B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying role, with a focus on prospecting and closing new business
- 3+ years of experience selling business solutions directly to pest control companies
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and managing complex sales opportunities
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or another CRM to manage pipeline and drive sales productivity
