Job Summary
Driving the growth of Pathfinder, a full-time Senior Sales Executive, Technology Solutions will engage with carrier technology leaders to evaluate, position, and implement AI-powered claims solutions within complex insurance environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical discussions with carrier technology stakeholders throughout the sales lifecycle
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand integration requirements and position Pathfinder within existing claims technology ecosystems
- Define integration approaches and implementation requirements for various core claims systems
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology solutions, technical sales, or related customer-facing technology roles
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise insurance, insurtech, or financial services organizations
- Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise integration strategies
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies and their application within regulated industries
