Senior Sales Instructional Designer

Job Summary

As a strategic learning consultant, the full-time remote Senior Sales Instructional Designer will create innovative learning solutions to enhance sales performance within the Employer & Individual Sales Readiness Commercial Product team, collaborating with various stakeholders to transform complex concepts into engaging, learner-centered experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise learning solutions for commercial sales professionals
• Consult with business leaders to identify performance gaps and recommend effective learning strategies
• Develop a variety of learning solutions, including eLearning, instructor-led training, and interactive content

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of instructional design experience, including leadership of complex learning initiatives
• Proven experience in designing and delivering virtual and classroom-based learning programs
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
• Proficiency with tools such as Camtasia, Articulate Rise, and graphic design software
• Demonstrated expertise in designing learning solutions for professional sales organizations
