Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the North America enterprise revenue target and develop territory strategy
  • Close large, complex deals end-to-end, with full accountability for high-value opportunities
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives while driving the TradFi segment
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience selling infrastructure or financial products to banks, custodians, or exchanges
  • Background in a crypto infrastructure company or a TradFi institution
  • Proven track record of closing seven-figure ARR deals
  • Experience managing a small team while carrying an individual quota
  • Strong network across the TradFi-crypto ecosystem
