Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Sales Lead Generator.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective and existing buyers to drive engagement and bidding activity
• Promote live and upcoming auctions with personalized messaging to increase participation
• Identify and qualify new buyer leads, onboard them to the platform, and provide auction navigation guidance

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business development, inside sales, or marketplace outreach, preferably in B2B or international markets
• Experience with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
• Comfortable initiating cold outreach and managing a high volume of buyer interactions
• Knowledge of the retail market and buyer behavior is a strong plus
• Remote, work from home position
