Job Summary
Driving joint business planning for the Kroger customer, the full-time Senior Sales Lead - Kroger will manage the Campbell's Snacks portfolio, implement brand strategies, and optimize sales objectives across both Brick & Mortar and Ecommerce in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize sales planning systems to create customer plans that drive volume and growth for the Campbell's Snacks portfolio
- Develop and implement trade promotion strategies and manage trade budgets to achieve sales objectives
- Conduct category business reviews and post-event analyses to evaluate promotional effectiveness and identify growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 12+ years of CPG Industry Sales and/or Category Management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management and trade
- Experience in category and brand knowledge
- Proven analytical and negotiation skills
