Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Leader for Ohio or Pennsylvania to sell their Identity Security Solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals selling directly to end users and leveraging channel partners
• Lead sales efforts during the transition from on-prem to SaaS, ensuring structured sales processes
• Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and improve sales performance

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading sales teams within high growth SaaS or Cyber-security organizations
• Experience in managing sales during a transition from on-premises to SaaS solutions
• Strong understanding of enterprise security and identity governance solutions
• Ability to develop strategic business plans and execute them effectively
• Experience in pipeline management and sales forecasting
