Job Summary

Driving new business growth in SaaS-based solutions, BPO services, and Automation offerings, the full-time Senior Sales Leader will develop sales strategies, close high-value deals, and lead a motivated sales team in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for RPA, AI, and Automation Services
  • Identify, qualify, nurture, and close new logo opportunities across targeted segments
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to exceed individual and team targets
Required qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Sales professional in the technology sector, particularly in SaaS, BPO, and Automation
  • Strong technical understanding of AI-driven contact center solutions and RPA platforms
  • Hands-on expertise across pre-sales, sales, and solutioning cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to craft compelling proposals in response to RFPs
  • Strong client engagement skills at C-suite and operational levels
