Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Sales Manager to enhance relationships and drive business growth with major distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow relationships with distributor and broker partners to deliver regional business plans
- Lead distributor meetings, present new products, and support promotional initiatives
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate samples and trade show participation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Proven sales experience in food or beverage, with broker and key account management
- Strong understanding of distributor management and joint business planning
- Background in food manufacturing; UNFI or SpartanNash experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required
