Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to manage and develop a team of Mid-Market Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular forecast meetings and call reviews to coach Account Executives
  • Propose and implement new sales strategies and monitor sales activity
  • Coordinate with HR for recruiting and provide ongoing training for the sales team
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of software sales experience, preferably in SaaS
  • 2+ years of experience leading full-cycle sales teams
  • Proven ability to achieve sales quotas consistently
  • Experience in consultative selling and engaging with executive buyers
  • Strong leadership capabilities and a focus on team success
