Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager, Practice Solution to lead and scale their outbound sales function.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of outbound and discovery playbooks while fostering a high-performance culture
- Oversee outbound prospecting and pipeline creation, tracking key performance indicators
- Ensure pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy while refining processes and tools for efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in sales management
- Proven ability to lead and inspire outbound sales teams

- Strong command of pipeline metrics and sales forecasting
