Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead a team of Senior Account Executives in providing SaaS solutions to local first responder agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performance sales team to achieve strategic sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies, while collaborating with product and marketing teams
• Recruit, train, and optimize the sales team to improve performance and employee retention

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in SaaS Sales Management Leadership roles
• Proven success in meeting quotas and leading sales teams to high performance
• Strong understanding of SaaS sales models and public safety/government sectors
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Experience in recruiting and developing sales teams effectively
