Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead global client retention and renewal strategies for Trading & Asset Services Front Office & Portfolio Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute renewal strategies to improve growth and reduce attrition
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team while collaborating with cross-functional teams for integrated renewal processes
- Monitor renewal pipelines and forecast retention revenue, reporting key performance indicators to senior leadership
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in sales, client retention, renewals, or customer success within a global financial technology or services environment
- Strong background in Trading & Asset Services Front Office & Portfolio Solutions with proven negotiation skills
- Experience managing global teams and navigating cross-cultural dynamics
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
