Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, solicit, and generate new leads for group opportunities to exceed revenue goals
• Develop market segment relationships while maximizing revenue and profitability
• Analyze market trends and implement strategies to capture lead revenue and meet sales goals

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel group sales management experience in a 400+ room full-service hotel
• Passion for sales and achieving targets
• Knowledge of Union and/or West Coast markets is advantageous
• Familiarity with Delphi.fdc is a plus
