Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive bookings from corporate customers for its properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans to drive group and corporate business
  • Generate qualified leads through proactive prospecting and maintain a sales pipeline aligned with revenue goals
  • Conduct property tours for decision-makers and regularly review sales goals in coordination with the Regional Director of Sales
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred
  • 5-10 years of sales experience within the Hospitality sector, preferably in corporate housing or extended stay markets
  • Experience with a CRM tool is required; familiarity with Hubspot and ZoomInfo is a plus
  • Current knowledge of the travel and relocation industry, market trends, and economic factors
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
