Job Summary

Driving sales strategies and managing execution, the full-time Senior Sales Manager will oversee national, regional, and local markets, optimizing sales effectiveness and fostering team engagement in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a sales territory and develop direct/indirect reports, scheduling meetings to secure new business and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and maintain business relationships through strategic customer visits and presentations, while analyzing sales reports for improvement opportunities
  • Implement sales and customer retention programs, assess team performance, and conduct recruitment to support business objectives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • 10+ years of industry sales experience
  • 5+ years of experience with the area customer base
  • Supervisory experience
  • Typically requires 7+ years of experience in a related field
