Job Summary
Driving sales strategies and managing execution, the full-time Senior Sales Manager will oversee national, regional, and local markets, optimizing sales effectiveness and fostering team engagement in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a sales territory and develop direct/indirect reports, scheduling meetings to secure new business and achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain business relationships through strategic customer visits and presentations, while analyzing sales reports for improvement opportunities
- Implement sales and customer retention programs, assess team performance, and conduct recruitment to support business objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- 10+ years of industry sales experience
- 5+ years of experience with the area customer base
- Supervisory experience
- Typically requires 7+ years of experience in a related field
