Job Summary
Owning and growing a defined portfolio of key OEM and Tier 1 customer accounts, the remote Senior Sales Manager will lead commercial activities, secure profitable new business, and maintain strong customer relationships within the automotive sector.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a defined portfolio of key OEM and Tier 1 customers to drive commercial performance and profitable growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in alignment with regional sales objectives
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate capture and communication of customer requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a comparable technical discipline
- 5+ years of progressive Sales experience in the Automotive industry, preferably in Automotive Interior
- Strong technical knowledge of product and manufacturing systems
- Deep understanding of customer, market, and competitive dynamics in an OEM/Tier 1 environment
- Fluent English and French language skills
