Job Summary
Driving customer relationship growth, the full-time remote Senior Sales Manager will lead the GE Gas Power strategy across an assigned customer base, focusing on deal negotiations, revenue generation, and strategic account management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and lead deal negotiations to drive orders and revenue growth
- Develop long-term strategic plans and maintain an opportunity pipeline for regional growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create proposals and enhance the outage planning process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or an associate degree with relevant technical certification plus 3 years of experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Project Management, or Customer Service in the Power Generation industry
- Strong background in the power industry and familiarity with Gas Turbine technology
- Proven ability to develop relationships at the C-suite level and manage complex sales transactions
- Demonstrated financial and analytical skills with a long-term business mindset
